1. Are the Apartments really as big as they look on the web site
Yes, these units are literally a home away from home – not just a holiday unit – which can be shared by family and friends – if you really want to bring them !!
2. Do all the Apartments have a Golf Course View
Yes – from the Ground Floor Units you can watch the player try to make their Par putt on the 9th Green, and from the upper levels follow their progress from the tee.
3. What other Golf Courses are in the area apart from Twin Waters Golf Club
There is a wide selection close by to suit all players – no matter the handicap. From the local Mt Coolum Golf Club to the prestigious Palmer Resort Coolum and Noosa Springs Championship Courses
4. How do we get to Magnolia Lane Apartments from the Airport.
Brisbane Airport – Sun Air Bus Company runs a door to door service every hour and the journey takes about 70 minutes
Sunshine Coast Airport – is only 10 minutes away and there are plenty of local taxis available.
5. How close is the nearest Beach
Just over 1 km – a 20 minute easy walk – and well worth the effort to reach the vast, and uncrowded expanse of beach stretching from Mudjimba – to the North side of Maroochy River
6. Do we have to drive or take a taxi to shop for food
No – Twin Waters Convenience Store is right on your doorstep and offers a wide range of competitively priced goods, some hot food if you don't want to make lunch, and a surprising range of other goods – truly a "convenience" store. Local and Brisbane newspapers available daily.
7. What about breakfast
If you don't feel like picking up that frying pan or toaster, Twin Waters Shopping Centre has an excellent coffee / takeaway shop that can cater to all tastes. Group booking can be arranged.
8. What about retail Therapy
Ladies ( and Gents ) can be well catered for with a visit to Noosa, a pleasant 30 minute drive north OR the wide array of shopping all under one roof at the amazing Sunshine Plaza in Maroochydore just 10 minutes away.
9. And after the hard 18 holes
We can arrange an "In Room" Spa Treatment – just lie back and relax on your own or with a partner and be spoiled with the "works" – Aromatherapy, Facial Therapy, Manicures, Pedicures etc etc
